Return/Refund Policy

RETURN POLICIES

Strings and Accessories (pedals, straps, cables, onboard preamps)

Prior to returning their item or items, the customer must contact the shop within seven (7) days from date of receipt. Return must be received by the shop within fourteen (14) days of customer receipt. Items must be in unopened, original packaging.

Basses, Amplifiers and Speaker Cabinets

Prior to returning their item or items, the Customer must contact the shop within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Return timing will be agreed upon at that time.

Bass Specialties reserves the right to reject a return, and to return the item to the customer, in the event that the returned item shows noticeable wear, is not in the original packaging, or is otherwise not sellable as a new item.


REFUND POLICY

The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred in the course of the sale, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes the original shipping costs on items shipped with no shipping costs to the customer (“free shipping”). This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount once the returned items have been received and inspected.
